Campbells Chunky Soup/All Pro Dad Review and Giveaway

Hey All! My question for you is.... Has your husband taken The Pledge?

I was contacted about doing a review for Campbell's Chunky soup with them teaming up with All Pro Dad. To be honest at first I was not sure what it was all about or if hubby would cooperate enough to do it. But it's been great! The more I researched and the more I found stuff out the better it got! We were over nighted two boxes of goodies! One for me to keep and review and one for a lucky winner. That's right someone is going to win this Awesome prize!

At first I was utterly confused as to it all. But our information booklet explained it all! They have All Pro Dad Team Roasters featuring members such as active NFL players, coaches, and retired NFL standouts. They have team members bios and tons of information useful to even mothers!

As of today we have only sampled two of the three soups we were sent. Today the kids and I shared The Hearty Tomato with Pasta. It was delicious! A little bit thicker tomato soup with some very yummy pasta and tomato chunks in it. The kids ate 90% of it alone! The other day my husband had the Beef & Dumplings with Hearty Vegetables. I was only allowed one bite... He loved it. I wish I could explain more but it was very good! And the smell it put off was amazing. :)

I recently won  a little set of clippees from Simply Made. She let me choose from ones she had done or would custom make me a set. I picked a set already made because I fell in love with them. They are adorable! Here is what we chose.

These actually stayed on the side of my daughters head for well over 2 hours that is until she decided that her babydoll should wear them. Last week I won a beautiful custom bow from Bowtique Mama. I was thrilled that she gave me the go ahead to do the review and giveaway! Even with Thanksgiving being last week I received my bow EXTREMELY fast. She was amazing to work with and it's beautiful! I got to pick out the colors and told her be creative. This bow is perfect for us!

 When I won I was allowed to pick the style and colors. I wanted to be surprised on the style but did ask to please do baby blue and brown. She delivered! This bow is so adorable!

It is extremely full and very well made. Before I realized it my 1 1/2 year old was running off to hide it in her room. I had to chase after her and it stood up to her test! Two Farm Chicks ~Angel Stones~ Review

Hello everyone!

I had to share these beautiful Angel Baby Stones- Miscarriage and Stillborn Healing Stones from Two Farm Chicks. I ordered two of these beautiful stones with my childrens names on them. Now I am very thankful I have never had a miscarriage but I can see how these would help. They give you a little bit of a visual item that's beautiful with your babies name and angel date. I love these. Here's two pictures of my babies stones.

They do a wonderful thing and offer these beautiful stones for free. All you have to do is order them on their etsy site and they send you an email with an approximate time you'll get them. They take a little bit of time as they do have many orders but it is wonderful that they are doing this. They send a great letter to you apologizing for your loss. They ask that if you like the stone to please send a donation. Please note I sent the donation and a bit extra since I don't have Angel Babies but really wanted these. My grandpa loved stones, he collected them left and right. Unfortunately he passed away befor they were born and was never able to meet my babies. My son has a lot of his quality's and I now find stones all over my house. :)

This is another one of my favorite work at home mama's to buy from. My friend Jessica turned me onto her. My husband has psoriasis and if you know someone or have it, you know how harsh perfumed soap can be. We have literally tried a ton of ways to help manage his condition. He doesn't have it bad but we want to stop it before it get's there. I have purchased some wonderful soaps and when you open the package it seriously makes you melt with the yummy smells that come out of it. I literally love to walk into the bathroom because it smells so wonderful!!

We have bought the tea tree oil soap for my husbands skin and it seems to really be helping. The bars last quite a while which is good because they are a bit more money than store bought soap. BUT the benefits are much better. We will never go back to using store bought soap. We plan on sticking with the Goat's Milk for quite awhile now. They have every variety possible. My favorite that I use on myself is "Sex on the Beach" it smells so appetizing. For a good half hour after washing my hands they still smell delicious. We use the "Love Spell" sent on the kiddo's. My daughter wakes up every morning smelling of yummy mandarin oranges, tangerines, and sweet baby sweat.

I normally would not post something like this but babies just get to me.

A friend of mine named Amanda could really use some help. Here is her story of what happened to her baby the other day.

Story from Amanda:
November 6th was a normal day, i laid my son down in his bed,and walked away for about five minutes.When i came back in,i looked in on him and noticed his eyes rolling back and his chest spasmed. I picked him up and he was limp,not breathing.I passed him to my mother and he turned blue and was ice cold.My mom performed rescue breathes ans myself and two neighbors called 911, and saved his life. When we got him to the hospital they did numerous tests and after 3 days in the hospital,they found out he had refluxed so bad that he aspirated to the point of filling his lungs, blocking his airway and causing him to loose oxygen.He has always been on a boppy pillow to keep him more upright,but that just doesnt help him,and he was on a boppy when he stopped breathing.We are now looking into purchasing these two items for him.The rocker for him to sleep in while being more elevated, and the swing for after eating so he's not sitting back and chancing the refluxing/aspirating anymore;

Project Santa and Tutu Terrific

Tutu Terrific is doing a wonderful thing 

for a few deserving families this holiday season. 

With help from her fans she found three families 

that could use some help to make the 

holidays good for their children. 

Family #1:

Single 33 year old mother of 3. The mother was diagnosed with cancer. She enjoys cross stitch, computer games and her favorite color is purple. Her clothing size is 20 women's pants and xl or xxl women's shirts.

10 year boy: His interests are movies, video games and sports. Clothing sizes are 16pants boys, size small or medium shirts in adult.

12 year old girl: Her interests are crafts, baby dolls, movies, video games, and her favorite color is pink. Clothing sizes are shirts medium in adults or large in juniors (getting the rest of the info soon)

14 year old girl: Her interests are books and crafts and her favorite color is purple. Clothing sizes shirts medium in adults or large in juniors, pants size 9.

Family #2:

Single mother of 3, (currently do not have information on her)

3 month old girl: She is in need of clothing. Sizes 6months to 18months. She also needs a new favorite blanket as hers was lost. The mother is cloth diapering to save money and could use some more and detergent to clean them in.

5 year old girl: Loves art, dolls, and to play dress up. Current clothing size is 5/6, but they would even love some 7/8's to have on backup for as she grows.

12 year old girl: She loves art, music, painting herw nails and loves anything girly. She could really use some new school supplies. Clothing sizes 6adult shoe, pants size juniors 11 or size large.

Family #3: 

Mom- could use hats and scarves, loves jewelry, needs socks and likes fun and bright colors.

Dad- loves to cook, anything kitchen or cooking related would be great, also likes video games.

3 year old boy- wears 3t-4t, size 8 shoes, he needs fall and winter clothes. He like thomas the train, Diego, dinosaurs, and loves to color and draw.

2 year old boy- in size 18-24months clothes and shoe size 5.5 toddler, he needs fall/winter clothes and some snow pants for this year, He loves the backyardigans, mickey mouse, dinosaurs and to color as well.

Tutu Terrific is looking for anything that 

you could possibly spare, be it handmade items, 

new items bought just for them in mind, gently used 

items or even a monetary donation as shipping 

for the baskets can get quite expensive. 

She is asking that all items are to her by 

December 1st so that way she has time to 

get together the baskets and get them in 

the mail between the 10th and 15th. 

Pictures of what get's donated will be up 

on her fanpage so you can. She will then 

post tracking numbers so you know that 

the items get to the family's in time.

I am so thrilled to be bringing you all this review and giveaway. I can remember playing JumpStart games when I was younger with my brother. For anyone that does not know JumpStart is a 3D Virtual world that is safe, fun and educational for children to play! As young as 3 can play it with ease! My son is now officially obsessed with JumpStart. When we were younger they just had the cd games now they have branched out. The online world, cd games and free downloadable games with your membership!

JumpStart has been a blast from picking the character down to the outfit and eye shapes to exploring the JumpStart world. I feel more than comfortable enough with letting my son take control of the mouse and go explore where he would like to. I was concerned at first with being able to interact with other people online. I soon found out that the only way you can communicate is by clicking on the responses and questions. You cannot type freely to someone which I thought was a great idea!

One of the coolest educational spots for my son's age in the JumpStart world is Storyland. They give you tasks that you have to do to earn pieces of each story book. Once you finish your story you can travel to the library and listen to it. They really make learning fun. From designing your own house to decorating storyland the way you'd like this world is all about you or I should say your child! :)

The only complaint that I have now is that my son has become a computer hog. He does not want to stop playing. His favorite part of the game today has been that you can hatch your own dragon! Every little boy loves dragons and now he has his own. From feeding to flying, this Dragon has been a big hit!

All the areas are labeled with what age they are for. The only thing that I don't like is the older age areas my son get's stuck on. I do sit and play with him, at three he wouldn't be able to get out of the older areas alone. I know once  he gets the hang of it all I probably will not be needed anymore.

 Sparkling Creations by Melinda is yet another shop that I frequent. Except the kiddos don't get the goodies this time. Mama does! Melinda makes some of the prettiest sparkly jewelry I have found. She has always been wonderful to work with and does frequent sales so make sure your a fan!

Recently I received this beautiful mother-daughter set.

This set can come in colors pink, blue, green, yellow,orange,purple & white. 

We have the blue set :)

Sorry the quality of the picture is not the best. I had a really hard time getting my 1 1/2 year old to cooperate. She does love her jewelry already though! This set is beautiful! My daughters has an adjustable chain on it so she will be able to wear it for a long time. And I am confident to say I have no problem allowing her to wear it as it is very well made. I also have three other items from her and all are excellent quality and beautiful. I  have the book mark which I LOVE and another bracelet and very very pretty pink heart necklace.
